For this new-construction home in Lake Forest, we guided the homeowners through every construction and design detail, creating a sense of fluidity from room to room while incorporating custom elements unique to the family and the way they live. In collaboration with Trent Adams Properties, we thoughtfully considered each architectural finish and material—from the tailored millwork, custom cabinetry, and statement lighting to the warm wood floors and dramatic vaulted ceiling.
We then fully furnished the home, layering classic silhouettes with rich color, expressive pattern, and inviting texture. Jewel-toned upholstery, botanical prints, natural wood, and collected accents bring warmth and personality to the refined architectural foundation. The result is a cohesive yet character-filled home: polished without feeling precious, timeless with a playful spirit, and designed to feel both beautiful and welcoming for everyday life.
